Ann has extensive experience in all aspects of company law, including company formation, various changes during the company’s lifespan, and company closures. Her expertise also covers more complex processes such as mergers/spin-offs, tax-free restructuring, and tax-free transformation of personally owned businesses. She has dealt with practically all types of companies.

Additionally, Ann plays a crucial role in the team handling of M&A and generational shifts. She assists with document preparation, registrations with the Danish Business Authority, and particularly with the structuring of tasks related to these processes.
