Mikael Marstal has primarily focused on labor and employment law for many years, where he has gained extensive practical experience, ranging from the review of employment contracts to collective bargaining agreements and the resolution of employment disputes.

Through his work as a lawyer and many years as a legal director in one of the country’s largest trade unions, Mikael has acquired significant experience in all legal aspects of labor and employment law.

In addition to labor and employment law, Mikael advises on environmental law, where he also has many years of experience from both ministries and consulting firms.

Throughout his career, Mikael has also worked on legal problem-solving in various other fields, including public law, agriculture, and the EU. Mikael has conducted a large number of court cases and arbitration proceedings over the years.

Mikael is also an experienced lecturer and the author of several books on employment law.
