Malene primarily works with insolvency, bankruptcy proceedings, and corporate reconstructions.

Additionally, Malene is involved in litigation, particularly in criminal cases.

Other activities:

• Appointed as a defense attorney at the Court of Esbjerg
• Assistant for the bankruptcy court in Esbjerg in bankruptcy and forced liquidation cases
• Designated as a member of the Debt Agency’s attorney panel in 2019
• Member of the Danish Insolvency Lawyers association.
