Michael primarily focuses on handling bankruptcy estates, company restructurings, compositions, and forced dissolutions.

Michael has specialized particularly in agriculture and also has extensive experience in transferring businesses from bankruptcy estates, both in ongoing operations and when operations have ceased.

Additionally, Michael advises businesses and others on intellectual property law, including types of rights and how to protect intellectual property both domestically and internationally, such as trademarks, logos, and inventions.

Other activities:

• Appointed as a permanent trustee and liquidator at the Court of Kolding for a 4-year period.
• Designated as a member of the Debt Agency’s attorney panel in 2019.
• Member of the Danish Insolvency Lawyers association.
